Einleitung

Für einen vielseitigen Gastronomiebetrieb mit Restaurant, Eventlocation und Beherbergungsangebot wird die Leitung der Küche neu besetzt. Der Betrieb verbindet regionale Küche, touristische Erlebnisse und Veranstaltungen in einer einzigartigen Umgebung. Gesucht wird eine kreative Führungspersönlichkeit, die kulinarische Qualität mit wirtschaftlichem Denken verbindet.

Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und Führung der Küche
  • Du entwickelst saisonale Speisekarten und attraktive Angebote mit Fokus auf regionale Produkte
  • Du stellst eine konstant hohe Qualität bei allen Gerichten und Veranstaltungen sicher
  • Du führst, förderst und entwickelst dein Küchenteam im operativen Alltag weiter
  • Du verantwortest Kalkulationen, Wareneinsatz, Einkauf und Budgeteinhaltung
  • Du optimierst Prozesse laufend und stellst die Einhaltung sämtlicher Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards sicher

Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ (m/w/d)
  • Du verfügst über Führungserfahrung als Sous Chef oder Küchenchef in der Gastronomie
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der à la carte Küche sowie im Eventbereich mit
  • Du denkst wirtschaftlich und hast Erfahrung in Kalkulation und Warenbewirtschaftung
  • Du überzeugst mit Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und klarer Kommunikation
  • Du bringst Kreativität mit und verfolgst kulinarische Trends mit Interesse und Weitblick
