Einleitung

Für einen etablierten Gastronomiebetrieb an verkehrsgünstiger Lage mit rund 120 Sitzplätzen wird eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die Küche gesucht.

Aufgaben

- Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und Führung der Küche

- Führung und Koordination eines Küchenteams von rund 6-7 Mitarbeitenden

- Planung und Gestaltung einer abwechslungsreichen, saisonalen Speisekarte

- Zubereitung und kreative Präsentation hochwertiger Gerichte

- Sicherstellung eines konstant hohen Qualitätsstandards

- Planung und Koordination der täglichen Küchenabläufe

- Einkauf, Warenbestellung und Kontrolle der Lagerbestände

- Verantwortung für eine effiziente Warenbewirtschaftung

- Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards

- Fachliche Führung, Förderung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden

- Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und Vorbildfunktion im Küchenbereich

Profil

- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Koch oder Köchin

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie

- Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen

- Freude an frischer, saisonaler Küche und kreativer Menügestaltung

- Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaft und Küchenorganisation

- Gute Kenntnisse der geltenden Hygiene- und HACCP-Richtlinien

- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität im abwechslungsreichen Tagesgeschäft
