Das Regionale Pflegezentrum Baden gehört zu den grössten Anbietern von Langzeitpflege in der Schweiz. Wir bieten unseren Bewohnenden jeden Alters in verschiedenen Kompetenzbereichen spezialisierte professionelle Pflege und Betreuung. Unser Hauptsitz in Baden (AG) wird aktuell durch Neu\\- bzw. Umbauten umfassend modernisiert und mit 86 neuen Alterswohnungen ergänzt. Ab dem 1\\. Januar 2027 übernimmt das Regionale Pflegezentrum Baden den Bereich Tagesstruktur \\+ Wohnen der Stiftung zeka. Das Wohnhaus Aargau in Baden\\-Dättwil wird damit Teil des RPB. Für den RPB\\-Standort in \\Baden\\-Dätwil\\ suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachkompetente, zuverlässige und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Küchenchef (w/m/d), 100 % \\Damit unterstützt du uns:\\ \* Du führst das Küchenteam (inkl. Lernende und Zivildienstleistende) \* Du erstellst die Menüpläne für die Verpflegungslinien Erwachsene und Kinder/Jugendliche unter Beachtung der gesundheitsrelevanten, individuellen Anforderungen (Diäten, Schonkost) \* Du planst selbstständig die Angebote für verkaufsfördernde Aktionen oder Anlässe \* Du bist verantwortlich für den Einkauf von Food/Frischware und Nearfood/Nonfood in enger Abstimmung mit der Leitung Facility Management und Gastronomie im Rahmen der finanziellen Vorgaben \* Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst die verschiedenen Herstellungsprozesse \* Du stellst die Betriebs\\- und Lebensmittelhygiene sowie die Betriebssicherheit im zuständigen Verantwortungsbereich (HACCP/EKAS) sicher und führst die notwendigen Dokumentationen \* Du planst und organisierst die Arbeiten sowie Einsätze und gezielte Unterstützung von Klienten in der Küche (geschützter Arbeitsplatz und Beschäftigung) \\Damit kannst du uns überzeugen:\\ \* Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chefköchin / Chefkoch mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis (BP) mit \* Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufs\\- und Führungserfahrung als Küchenchef/in in der Privat\\- oder Gemeinschaftsgastronomie \* Du bringst Erfahrung in der Diätküche, à la carte Küche und Angebotsgestaltung mit \* Du hast bereits ein Zertifikat für die Lernendenausbildung erworben \* Du bist sicher in der deutschen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift) \* Du hast sehr gute administrative und PC\\-Anwender\\-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Kalkulationstools) \* Du bringst Erfahrung betreffend HACCP\\-Konzepten und Arbeitssicherheit mit \\Damit begeistern wir dich:\\ \* Ein engagiertes Küchenteam, das du mit deinen Ideen und deiner Führungskompetenz weiterentwickeln kannst \* Eine abwechslungsreiche Führungsaufgabe mit Verantwortung für Mitarbeitende, Lernende und Zivildienstleistende \* Viel Freiraum, um deine kulinarischen Ideen einzubringen und unser gastronomisches Angebot weiterzuentwickeln \* Ein anspruchsvolles und selbstständiges Tätigkeitsfeld \* Eine achtsame Du\\-Kultur geprägt von Respekt und Wertschätzung \* Ein internes, vielseitiges Weiterbildungsprogramm Und das ist noch nicht alles!
