Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine vielseitige Persönlichkeit, die uns sowohl in der Küchenplanung als auch in der Organisation und Administration unterstützt und zu einer wichtigen Schnittstelle innerhalb unseres Unternehmens wird.

Deine Aufgaben: Du unterstützt uns von der ersten Planung bis zur Auftragsbestätigung und sorgst gleichzeitig dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles organisiert ist. - Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem: - Küchen und Innenausbauten mit Winner Flex planen und zeichnen - Offerten erstellen und bearbeiten - Kundenwünsche und Änderungen in die Planung einarbeiten - Unterlagen für Kundentermine und Bemusterungen vorbereiten - Auftragsbestätigungen und Projektdokumentationen erstellen - Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben übernehmen - E-Mail-Korrespondenz und interne Abläufe unterstützen - Termine, Unterlagen und Pendenzen koordinieren - Unsere Geschäftsleitung im Tagesgeschäft entlasten - Mit Lieferanten, Partnern und Kunden kommunizieren - Aktiv mitdenken und dabei helfen, unsere internen Abläufe weiterzuentwickeln Kurz gesagt: Du bist eine wichtige organisatorische Drehscheibe unseres Büros und eine echte Unterstützung für die Geschäftsleitung.

Das bringst du mit: - Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über Erfahrung in der Küchen-, Möbel- oder Innenausbauplanung. - Winner Flex Kenntnisse sind für diese Position sehr wichtig. - Kenntnisse in einem CAD-Programm sind ein zusätzlicher Vorteil. Ausserdem wünschen wir uns: - Gutes räumliches und gestalterisches Verständnis - Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise - Freude an Organisation und Administration - Sicherheit im Umgang mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern - Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse - Italienischkenntnisse sind ein grosses Plus - Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mitzudenken
