Am neuen Standort der ETH Gastronomie in Basel stehen erlebbare Frische, saisonale Highlights und umweltfreundliche und ausgewogene Ernährung im Zentrum für unsere Gäste. Mit dem Bistro Flavour Kitchen und der Science Lounge im 5.OG bereichern wir das architektonisch spannende Gebäude BSS mit unserer Gastronomie und Gastfreundschaft.

Das Bistro Flavour Kitchen mit Thekenkonzept, Takeaway-Shop, Barista- \& Apéro Bar und toller Terrasse richtet sich an interne und externe Gäste. Wir begeistern mit Live-Cooking und täglich wechselnden Bowl- und Pastagerichten sowie einem attraktiven vegetarischen und veganen Angebot. In der Science Lounge im 5. OG überzeugen wir mit Barista-Kaffee, Snacks und einer vielseitigen Menu-Auswahl über Mittag. Im unbedienten Aufenthaltsbereich im 5. OG finden die Gäste rund um die Uhr feinen Kaffee, gekühlte Getränke und frische Speisen aus dem intelligenten Kühlschrank \<\<Nelli's\>\>. Das breite Catering-Angebot rundet die Gastronomie im Haus ab und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt? Du arbeitest von Montag bis Freitag im Früh- und Mitteldiens in einem 70-80% Pensum. Bei Bedarf des Betriebs sind auch Einsätze am Abend oder am Wochenende möglich.

  • Unterstützung des Küchenteams in einem dynamischen, klein strukturierten Betrieb mit zwei Outlets.
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktions- und Serviceablaufs durch operative Exzellenz, Flexibilität und aktive Mitarbeit an der Front.
  • Mitarbeit in beiden Outlets (Flavour Kitchen \& Science Lounge)
  • Produktion und Mise en Place gemäss Tagesangebot und Konzeptvorgaben im jeweiligen Outlet.
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während der Servicezeiten (Fokus Mittagsgeschäft)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Front (Essensausgabe, Kasse, Kaffeestation)
  • Mitarbeiten bei Caterings, Apéros und Spezialanlässen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Führen eines Postens inkl. Organisation und Priorisierung Sicherstellung und Pflege der Gäste- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit
  • Sicherstellung des Serviceablaufs inkl. Mitarbeit an der Front
  • Sicherstellung des Warenflusses (Nachschub, Warenannahme, Lagerbewirtschaftung)
  • Aktives Mitdenken im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Mengensteuerung, Vermeidung von Food Waste)
  • Einbringen von Ideen zur Angebotsgestaltung und Optimierung von Abläufen
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Hygiene (HACCP)
  • Umsetzung der ZFV-Qualitäts- und Nachhaltigkeitsstandards
  • Flexible Unterstützung in allen Bereichen (Küche, Office, Front) je nach Bedarf

Deine Stärken: --------------

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Köchin / Koch: EFZ
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Köchin / Koch:
  • Erfahrung in der Systemgastronomie oder Gemeinschaftsgastronomie von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Catering- und Eventbereich wünschenswert
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)
  • Führerausweis Kat. B von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse in Kassensystemen von Vorteil
  • Affinität für Kaffeespezialitätenzubereitung oder Bereitschaft dazu von Vorteil
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit in kleinen Teams
  • Belastbarkeit und Effizienz in hektischen Servicezeiten
  • Flexibilität (Einsatz in verschiedenen Bereichen)
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und saubere Arbeitsweise
  • Gästeorientiertes Denken und Auftreten
  • Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Konzepte
