Aufgaben

Kochen ist bei uns mehr als Mittagsservice. Als Teil unseres kleinen Kulinarik\-Teams sorgst du für genussvolle Momente in unserem Mitarbeiterrestaurant «Inside». Von der Znünipause über den Mittagsservice bis hin zu Produktdegustationen, Schulungen, Shootings, Messen und Events ist dein Arbeitsalltag vielseitig und abwechslungsreich. Du bereitest mit Freude frische Gerichte zu, bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest unser kulinarisches Angebot aktiv mit. Gleichzeitig blickst du über den Tellerrand der klassischen Mitarbeiterverpflegung hinaus und unterstützt das Team überall dort, wo kulinarisches Know\-how und tatkräftige Unterstützung gefragt sind.

  • Du bereitest unser tägliches kulinarisches Angebot zu und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Mitarbeiterrestaurant «Inside»
  • Du unterstützt bei der Pausenverpflegung, bei Kaffeepausen sowie bei der Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung unserer Meetingräume
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest gemeinsam mit dem Team abwechslungsreiche und zeitgemässe üs und Angebote
  • Du unterstützt das Category Management bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produkt\- und Vergleichsdegustationen
  • Du wirkst internen Veranstaltungen sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Foto\- und Videoshootings mit
  • Du unterstützt unser Kulinarik\-Team bei Messen und Events und repräsentierst unsere Kulinarik auch ausserhalb des Mitarbeiterrestaurants

Anforderungen

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ und bringst Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie mit
  • Du hast Freude am Kochen, probierst gerne Neues aus und bringst eigene Ideen ein
  • Unsere Küche ist offen und der direkte Kontakt zu unseren Gästen gehört zum Alltag. Deshalb bist du nicht nur Koch oder Köchin, sondern auch Gastgeber/in mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität – in unserem kleinen Team übernimmt jeder Verantwortung und packt dort an, wo es gerade etwas zu tun gibt
