Hintergrund -----------

Die Abteilung Synthetic Molecules Technical Development (PTDC) vereint umfassende Expertise in den Bereichen Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), Analytical Sciences sowie Manufacturing Science \& Technology. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Forschung, früher Entwicklung und Global Technical Development trägt PTDC maßgeblich dazu bei, aus synthetischen Molekülen wirksame Medikamente zu entwickeln.

Das Team Plant Support \& Compliance (PTDC\-T) stellt die Kalibrierung, Infrastruktur, operative Sicherheit und technische Projekte für die Bereiche Drug Substance und Drug Product sicher. Damit leistet das Team einen entscheidenden Beitrag zum zuverlässigen Anlagenbetrieb und zur Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen im GMP\-Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Durchführung von Kalibrierungen an Herstellanlagen, Analysegeräten und Monitoring\-Systemen in den Bereichen Drug Substance (DS) und Logistic Solutions (PS)
  • GMP\-konforme Dokumentation sämtlicher Kalibrierungsaktivitäten
  • Planung und Koordination von Kalibrierungsmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern
  • Verwaltung des Prüfmittelbestands, einschließlich Neuaufnahme, Zertifizierung und Stilllegung
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kalibrier\-Stammdaten in BMRAM, SAP und SAP S/4HANA
  • Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Pflege von Kalibriervorschriften sowie Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Unterstützung bei Changes, Deviations sowie Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der Kalibrierungsunterstützung für Entwicklungs\- und kommerzielle Produktionsbereiche

Ihr Profil ----------

Fachliche Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen oder pharmazeutischen Bereich, beispielsweise als: + Chemie\- oder Pharmatechnologe/in + Pharmakant/in + Chemikant/in + Automatiker/in + oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im GMP\-regulierten Umfeld, vorzugsweise in Produktion und/oder Entwicklung * Fundierte Kenntnisse der cGMP\-Anforderungen und deren praktischer Anwendung * Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis von chemischen Herstellanlagen sowie deren Automatisierungssystemen * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Kalibrierung von Mess\- und Prozessinstrumenten * Kenntnisse in der Herstellung nicht\-steriler Wirkstoffe sind von Vorteil * Erfahrung mit SAP, SAP S/4HANA oder vergleichbaren Systemen wünschenswert * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
