Die Bio Test Agro AG ist eine anerkannte Kontroll- und Zertifizierungsstelle für biologische Landwirtschaftsbetriebe in der Deutsch- und Westschweiz. Rund 60 Mitarbeitende unterstützen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent, praxisnah und effizient in der Umsetzung der biologischen Produktion.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Geschäftsstelle Münsingen (BE) suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als

Kaufmännische Aushilfe / Praktikant/in Buchhaltung (20–30 %) Befristet für ca. 6 Monate (Mutterschaftsvertretung)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Rechnungsstellung an unsere Kunden
  • Verbuchen von Zahlungen
  • Bearbeitung der MwSt.-Abrechnung
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Finanzbereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzverantwortlichen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung im Finanz- oder Buchhaltungsbereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Exakte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
