Kaufmännische Immobilienbewirtschafter:in 80\-100% (alle)

Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung der Immobilienbewirtschafter:innen in administrativen und technischen Belangen * Organisation und Durchführung von Wohnungsbesichtigungen, Abnahmen und Übergaben * Betreuung von Stockwerkeigentum inkl. Durchführung von Versammlungen mit Protokollführung * Mahnwesen, Fallbetreuung bei Ausständen, Mieter\- und Nachbarschaftskonflikten * Mithilfe bei der Immobilienbuchhaltung, Kontierung, Verarbeitung und Weiterverrechnung von Kreditorenrechnungen * Erstellung von Mietverträgen, Einholen von Referenzen, Kontakt zu Mietern, Handwerkern und Hauswart * Stammdatenerfassung und Bearbeitung * Flexibel mit der Bereitschaft, auch weitere spannende Aufgaben zu übernehmen gesagt: Du bist hands\-on, flexibel, kommunikativ und packst mit an, wo es nötig ist.

Dein Profil

  • Zwingend: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich
  • Wünschenswert: entsprechende Weiterbildung und eidg. Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschafter:in von Vorteil
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, fliessende Englischkenntnisse und jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office, idealerweise GARAIO REM, ImmoTop2, Abacus oder Rimo
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert, rasche Auffassungsgabe, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Führerschein Kat. B, Mobilität von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Hands\-on
  • Exakte, selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
