Ramseyer und Dilger ist ein inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen aus der Region Bern im Bereich Sanitär\-, Heizungs\-, Spengler\- und Dachtechnik. Wir beschäftigen über 100 Mitarbeitende, darunter rund 20 Lernende in 8 Berufen. Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst vielseitige administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben in unserem Sekretariat. Dabei unterstützt du unsere Projektleiter im Tagesgeschäft und bist Ansprechperson für unsere Kundschaft, Lieferanten und Partner. Zusammen mit einer langjährigen Kollegin rockst du unseren Empfang sowie die Telefonzentrale und bist die Visitenkarte unseres Unternehmens.

Aufgaben

  • Mitbetreuung der Telefonzentrale am Standort Rodtmattstrasse inklusive fester Einsätze am Freitag sowie Ferienvertretung der Haupttelefonistin
  • Administrative Unterstützung und Entlastung der Projektleiter während des gesamten Projektzyklus, von der Projektvorbereitung bis zum Projektabschluss
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Aufbau des Projektleiter\-Sekretariats, einschliesslich der Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Aufgaben, Abläufen und Prozessen
  • Erstellen von Offerten und Fakturen nach Vorgaben ProjektleiterEntgegennahme, Erfassung und Koordination von Serviceaufträgen
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung sowie Bearbeitung der anfallenden Korrespondenz

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ oder gleichwertige Handelsschule
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Offerten, Rechnungen und Administration
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Abacus oder einem vergleichbaren ERP\-System von Vorteil
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit
