Kaufmännische/r Kundenberater/in Firmenkunden – Bankenumfeld (m/w/d), 100 %

Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Firmenkundinnen und Firmenkunden aus der Deutschschweiz
  • Unterstützung bei Fragen und Anliegen zu verschiedenen Bankthemen
  • Aufnahme, Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Vereinbarung von Beratungsterminen für die zuständigen Kundenberatenden
  • Erkennen von Beratungs- und Vertriebsmöglichkeiten
  • Präzise Dokumentation der Anliegen und Weitergabe an die zuständigen Stellen
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und kundenorientierten Bearbeitung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zwingend erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis der schweizerdeutschen Sprache
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktion von Vorteil
  • Bankerfahrung, insbesondere im Firmenkundenbereich, von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Präzise, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Vernetztes Denken und gutes Verständnis für Prozesse und Zusammenhänge
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und ein professionelles Auftreten

Das bieten wir

  • Einen temporären Einsatz bis Ende März 2027

Einsatzbedingungen

  • Pensum: 100 %
  • Stellenantritt: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
  • Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 07:30 und 18:00 Uhr, zuzüglich kurzer täglicher Vorbereitungszeit
  • Tätigkeit vollständig vor Ort, kein Homeoffice

Vor Stellenantritt sind eine Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung sowie aktuelle Strafregister- und Betreibungsregisterauszüge erforderlich.
