Wir suchen zur Verstärkung Ihres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann, Speditionskaufmann o. ä. als Kaufmännischer Innendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Verkaufsinnendienst / Auftragsabwicklung Pensum: 100 %

Als Innendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) koordinieren Sie Auftragsabwicklung, Export, Logistik und Einkauf, bearbeiten Kundenaufträge im ERP und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe im Innendienst.

Ihre Aufgaben -------------

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung und Koordination von Kundenaufträgen sowie logistischen Prozessen. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenbestellungen im ERP\-System büro\+
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Sicherstellung einer kundenorientierten Lösung
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Export\- und Ausfuhrdokumenten
  • Planung und Koordination der anstehenden Auslieferungen
  • Abstimmung und Auslösung von Bestellungen im Einkauf
  • Kontrolle, Verbuchung und Dokumentation von Wareneingängen
  • Organisation von Abholungen sowie Erstellung von Transportaufträgen
  • Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen und Lieferantenleistungen

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann, Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Innendienst oder in der Logistik von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung eines kleinen Teams sind wünschenswert
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einem ERP\-System wären von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Personalwesen wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Generalistisches Denken, Organisationsgeschick und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil (insbesondere für die Exportabwicklung)
