Location and work model: Home-based position in Switzerland, with regular travel to visit clients across the country and regular visits in our head office in La Tour-De-Peilz Contract type / duration: Permanent Activity rate: 80-100%

As a Key Account Manager at Nestlé Professional, your mission is to acquire, develop and strategically manage key accounts across the out-of-home food and beverage channel, delivering sustainable sales growth and profitability through tailored culinary and beverage solutions. You-ll make a difference by identifying new business opportunities and building trusted partnerships with customers, operators and distributors, in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams. This is an opportunity to combine strategic account leadership with an entrepreneurial and consultative approach in a dynamic market.

 

How you-ll make an impact as a **Key Account Manager

 

  • Developing existing and new out-of-home key accounts by translating customer, channel and market insights into tailored growth opportunities
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities across out-of-home foodservice environments
  • Building trusted relationships with customers, operators and distributors to co-create culinary, coffee and beverage solutions that respond to their operational and commercial needs
  • Leading consultative commercial discussions and business reviews that strengthen customer performance, profitability and long-term partnerships
  • Using distributor networks and cross-functional expertise to expand Nestlé Professional-s presence and bring customer solutions successfully to market
  • Acting with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership from opportunity identification through implementation and measurable commercial results

 

What will make you successful

  • Bringing solid key account management and business development experience in foodservice, HoReCa or another out-of-home environment
  • Understanding the out-of-home ecosystem, including the role of operators, distributors and different foodservice channels, and using these insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Applying consultative and solution-based selling, commercial planning and negotiation capabilities to create tailored customer propositions and sustainable value
  • Demonstrating a strong hunting mindset and the ability to acquire new customers while developing long-term strategic partnerships
  • Communicating fluently in German and French. English is a plus.
  • Working with autonomy, commercial curiosity and resilience, while collaborating across functions to turn opportunities into measurable results and shared value
