Als wichtiger Bestandteil dieses einzigartigen Hotels präsentiert sich das urbane Restaurant Buckhuser im Herzen von Zürich-Altstetten. Mit insgesamt 100 Innen- und 100 Terrassenplätzen bieten wir unseren Gästen eine vielfältige gastronomische Erfahrung. Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für das Mise en place, die Produktion und das Anrichten von warmen und kalten Speisen gemäss Menüplan
  • Mit deiner Leidenschaft zauberst du unseren Gästen ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht und hilfst auch bei unseren Anlässen und Events
  • Mit deinen Ideen trägst du zu einem vielfältigen und saisonalen Angebot bei
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für eine korrekte Lagerhaltung und eine korrekte Wareneingangskontrolle sowohl in Bezug auf Qualität wie auch Quantität
  • Du hilfst aktiv mit bei Reinigungsarbeiten in der Küche und an Geräten und der korrekten Einhaltung des betrieblichen Hygienekonzepts (HACCP)
  • Fachgerechte Zubereitung, Qualitätskontrolle der produzierten Gerichte & Präsentation der Speisen
  • Du arbeitest auf allen Posten

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau B1 zwingend)
  • Du schätzt das Arbeiten im Team und bist eine dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Qualitätsbewusster, sorgfältiger und nachhaltiger Umgang mit Lebensmittel und Ressourcen
  • Eigenverantwortung und Flexibilität bezüglich unregelmässiger Arbeitszeiten
