Im PUCI’S servieren wir Pasta mit hausgemachten Saucen, Pizza al taglio und sorgfältig ausgewählte Weine. Ob Take Away oder zum gemütlichen Genuss im Restaurant – bei uns steht gutes Essen im Mittelpunkt.

Wir sind ein Gastrounternehmen mit Sitz in Zürich. Unsere Restaurantprojekte entstehen seit 25 Jahren mit Hingabe zur Kochkultur und werden geprägt durch Nachhaltigkeit im Alltag und einem respektvollen Umgang mit der Natur. Dazu nutzen wir auch die Kompetenz unserer Partner:innen und Forschungseinrichtungen. In der Kommunikation bewegen wir uns stets auf Augenhöhe mit den Werten einer modernen und aufgeschlossenen Gesellschaft.

Was du mit an den Tisch bringst

Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und liebst italienisches Essen, Kultur und Sprache. Qualitätsstandards einzuhalten und nach hygienischen Vorgaben zu arbeiten, ist eine Selbstverständlichkeit für dich. Du bist ausdauernd und belastbar und stark in der Teamarbeit. Du kannst anpacken und schätzt den direkten Kundenkontakt. Du fühlst dich wohl in der Systemgastronomie und kannst auch mal einspringen, um das Team zu unterstützen.

Idealerweise hast du eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung in der Gastronomie und konntest bereits Erfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen sammeln.

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt unser Team mit der Produktion und im Mittagservice in einem unserer PUCIS (Stauffacher, Bellevue, Bridge Europaallee). Einhaltung der Hygiene-und Qualitätsstandards und Unterstützung bei Warenanahme und Lagerbewirtschaftung.

Zentraler Arbeitsplatz mitten in der Stadt. Du arbeitest in tollen kleinen und eingespielten Teams in der offenen Showküche und prägst mit deinem aufgeschlossenen und gästeorientierten Charakter die Atmosphäre der Filiale mit. Du bist in der Produktion sowie der Zubereitung der Pasta tätig, dies nach Prozessen der Systemgastronomie. Wir bieten dir geregelte und faire Arbeitszeiten, wobei am Sonntag unsere Filialen geschlossen sind.
