Die BÂLE HOTELS GROUP vereint unter einem Dach sechs Hotels und zwei Tagungszentren, die für Gastfreundschaft, höchsten Komfort und Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie stehen. Dazu zählen das Hotel Pullman Basel Europe, das Hotel Victoria, das Hotel Basler-Tor und das Boutique-Hotel Märthof in Basel, das Hotel Savoy in Bern, das Holiday Inn Express in Oftringen, das Coop Tagungszentrum in Muttenz sowie das Hôtel du Léman centre de séminaire in Jongny. Gemeinsam schaffen sie einzigartige Erlebnisse für Reisende, Tagungsgäste und Genussliebhaber. Das Coop Tagungszentrum in Muttenz gehört zu den führenden Seminar- und Tagungszentren der Nordwestschweiz. Es steht nicht nur der gesamten Coop Genossenschaft und ihren Tochtergesellschaften zur Verfügung, sondern wird auch sehr stark von Drittfirmen genutzt. Mit 24 Seminarräumen, einem Plenum für 200 Personen, einem Restaurant mit 170 Plätzen sowie 37 Hotelzimmern sind wir für hohe Dienstleistungsqualität, ein vielseitiges Angebot und einer hochstehenden kulinarik bekannt.

Vertrag befristet Stellenantritt 01.10.2026

Aufgaben * Zubereitung und ansprechendes Anrichten von Speisen für das À-la-carte-Geschäft, Seminarverpflegungen, Bankette und Apéros * Selbstständiges Führen eines Küchenpostens sowie Unterstützung der anderen Posten * Vorbereitung der täglichen Mise en Place für Restaurant- und Veranstaltungsbetrieb * Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von saisonalen Menüs, Buffets und Spezialanlässen * Verarbeitung von frischen und möglichst regionalen Produkten * Warenannahme, Qualitätskontrolle sowie fachgerechte Lagerung der Lebensmittel * Mitverantwortung für Bestellungen und einen wirtschaftlichen Wareneinsatz * Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien sowie der Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards * Mitarbeit bei der Ausbildung und Unterstützung von Lernenden * Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Service, Seminar- und Eventorganisation zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

Anforderungen * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin/Koch * Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder im Bankett- und Seminarbereich von Vorteil * Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Küche mit Restaurant-, Seminar- und Bankettbetrieb * Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise * Kreativität sowie Interesse an der Mitgestaltung von Speisen und Angeboten * Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit auch in hektischen Situationen * Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil * Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Wochenenden sowie bei Veranstaltungen * Hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein * Gepflegtes Auftreten sowie eine dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
