Im Bistro21 sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Gäste auch kulinarisch auf ihre Kosten kommen. Für unsere Küche suchen wir eine selbständige, kreative und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und auch dann einen kühlen Kopf bewahrt, wenn es einmal heiss hergeht. Bist du unser Joker und bereit, unsere Gäste mit frisch zubereiteten Gerichten zu begeistern? Dein Spiel • Du organisierst den Küchenbetrieb im Bistro21 selbständig und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf • Du bereitest einfache warme und kalte Gerichte frisch, zügig und ansprechend zu und stellst eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität sicher • Du entwickelst selbständig neue Gerichte, die zu unserem Bistro21 passen, und hast dabei Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste im Blick • Du kümmerst dich um die tägliche Mise en Place und stellst sicher, dass während der Öffnungszeiten alle angebotenen Gerichte verfügbar sind • Du planst und erledigst den Einkauf von Lebensmitteln und Küchenmaterial bedarfsgerecht und kostenbewusst und sorgst für eine fachgerechte Lagerung und Warenbewirtschaftung • Du koordinierst Bestellungen und Ausgaben eng mit unserem Service- und Barteam und reagierst flexibel auf das Gästeaufkommen • Du stellst sicher, dass Hygiene-, Lebensmittel- und Sicherheitsvorgaben jederzeit eingehalten und die erforderlichen Kontrollen und Dokumentationen zuverlässig durchgeführt werden • Du sorgst nach deinem Einsatz dafür, dass die Küche sauber, aufgeräumt und für den nächsten Einsatz bereit ist • Du nimmst Feedback von Gästen und Mitarbeitenden auf und bringst deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots und unserer Abläufe ein • Du unterstützt und hilfst aus bei unserem Kellerdienst (Lagerbewirtschaftung) Unsere Spielregeln • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung • Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im Küchenbetrieb mit und bist es gewohnt, deine Arbeit selbständig zu organisieren • Einkauf, Warenbewirtschaftung, Mise en Place und die Zubereitung von Gerichten gehören für dich zum Küchenalltag • Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und organisiert und behältst auch bei höherem Gästeaufkommen den Überblick • Qualität ist dir wichtig und gleichzeitig hast du ein gutes Gespür für einen wirtschaftlichen und sorgfältigen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln • Du bist kreativ, teamorientiert und hast Freude daran, unser Angebot mit eigenen Ideen weiterzuentwickeln • Weiterbildungen im Bereich Lebensmittelhygiene oder HACCP sind von Vorteil • Du verfügst über gute mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Du bist bereit, regelmässig von Donnerstag bis Sonntag sowie am Abend, in der Nacht und an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten. Unsere Küche ist jeweils ab 21:00 Uhr geöffnet.
