Das Pflegezentrum Falkenstein im multikulturellen und lebendigen Gundeldingerquartier bietet 86 älteren Menschen ein Zuhause. Einzigartig sind sowohl die Wohn- und Betreuungsphilosophie als auch die Integration einer mediterranen Wohngruppe.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Koch/Köchin (Commis de Cuisine) 100 %

Ihr Einsatz Mit viel Engagement führen Sie die zugewiesenen Posten in der warmen oder kalten Küche und sind mitverantwortlich für die Vor- und Zubereitung qualitativ hochwertiger Speisen. Sie verwöhnen unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner sowie externe Gäste mit abwechslungsreichen Gerichten mit modernen Einflüssen und überraschenden Akzenten. Unserer Philosophie entsprechend verarbeiten Sie möglichst regionale und saisonale Frischprodukte. Die Aufträge führen Sie gemeinsam mit Mitarbeitenden mit einer IV-Rente aus.

Ihr Profil • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Köchin/Koch EFZ • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion und in der konsequenten Umsetzung der HACCP Richtlinien • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse • Leidenschaft für das Kochen und unternehmerisches Denken • Qualitätsbewusstsein für eine professionelle Dienstleistung • Freude an der Arbeit für ältere Menschen
