Die TAKEOVER Gastro GmbH ist ein junges, aufstrebendes Gastrounternehmen aus der Region Schwyz. Wir stehen für moderne Gastronomie, frische Produkte, kreative Gerichte und ein unkompliziertes, hochwertiges Gastronomieerlebnis.

Mit unserem neuen Restaurant in Brunnen erweitern wir unser Angebot und schaffen einen Ort, an dem Genuss, Qualität und Gastfreundschaft im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Für die Neueröffnung suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit, die ihre Leidenschaft fürs Kochen einbringt und gemeinsam mit uns etwas Neues aufbauen möchte.

Deine Aufgaben: - Selbstständige Zubereitung und ansprechende Präsentation unserer Speisen - Organisation und Vorbereitung der täglichen Mise en Place - Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Speisenqualität - Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards gemäss HACCP - Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Speisekarte - Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Waren - Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Optimierung der Küchenabläufe - Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres neuen Restaurants

Dein Profil: - Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ (zwingend erforderlich) - Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie von Vorteil - Leidenschaft für gutes Essen und Freude an der Zubereitung frischer Speisen - Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent, auch in hektischen Situationen - Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative - Kreativität und Motivation, eigene Ideen einzubringen - Gute Deutschkenntnisse
