Einleitung

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden rekrutieren wir eine qualifizierte Fachperson für einen etablierten Küchenbetrieb mit Fokus auf À-la-carte-Geschäft, Bankette und Veranstaltungen. Gesucht wird eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die Verantwortung für ein Team übernimmt und die Küchenleitung aktiv unterstützt.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung und Stellvertretung der Küchenleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Küchenteams von rund 12 Mitarbeitenden
  • Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Küchenabläufe
  • Zubereitung von frischen, saisonalen und regionalen Gerichten mit hohem Anteil an Eigenproduktion
  • Mitarbeit im À-la-carte-, Bankett- und Veranstaltungsgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für Mise-en-place, Warenbewirtschaftung und Bestellwesen
  • Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung und Begleitung von Lernenden
  • Sicherstellen der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Menüs, Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Unterstützung der Küchenleitung bei Personalplanung und Organisation

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung EFZ
  • Erfahrung als Souschef oder als Chef de Partie mit Führungserfahrung
  • Freude an frischen, saisonalen und regionalen Produkten
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im À-la-carte- und Bankettbereich von Vorteil
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vorteile

  • Jahreslohn zwischen CHF 5700.- und CHF 6300.- x 13, abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation
  • Zimmerstunde praktisch nie - höchstens zwei- bis dreimal pro Jahr
  • In den Sommermonaten Arbeitszeiten von ca. 11.00 bis 21.30 Uhr, anfallende Überstunden werden zeitnah kompensiert
  • Zwei Wochen Betriebsferien im Januar
