Hotelis zählt zu den führenden Schweizer Unternehmen für die Vermittlung von temporären und festen Stellen in der Hotellerie, Restauration und Gemeinschaftsgastronomie.

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden Eldora, welcher eine Mensa in Zug betreibt, bieten wir per 17\.08\.2026 einer motivierten und erfahrenen Person eine Stelle an als:

Koch mit der Funktion Stellvertretung des Küchenchefs 100%* *Jobbeschreibung

  • Produktion der Speisen in der warmen und kalten Küche, sowie Desserts
  • Gegebenenfalls auch für Abendanlässe wie Schulfeiern und Aperos
  • Mithilfe beim Anrichten an der üstation, Aufbau und Abbau des Büffets
  • Mahlzeitenausgabe während dem Mittagsservice, direkter Gastkontakt gehört dazu. Gegebenenfalls an der Kasse aushelfen.
  • Aktive Mithilfe bei der Zusammenstellung der abwechslungsreichen üpläne und Angebotskonzeptes
  • Tagesbestellungen, Warenbewirtschaftung und Inventur
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten nach Bedarf
  • Führen des Küchenteams
  • Anwendung und Kontrolle des Reinigungs\- und Hygienekonzepts nach HACCP
  • Diverse Reinigungsarbeiten und Abwaschaufgaben gehören selbstverständlich mit dazu

Da es sich um ein Grossbetrieb handelt, ist es essenziell, dass Sie Erfahrung haben und sich auch dementsprechend organisieren können in grossen Mengen zu kochen.

Wir rechnen mit 200 Gästen am Mittag.

Da es sich um einen Schulbetrieb handelt, ist die Stelle damit verbunden, dass man 13 Wochen Ferien hat zum genauen Zeitpunkt wie die Schulferien.

5 Wochen sind davon bezahlt und 8 Wochen sind UNBEZAHLT.

In dieser Zeit hat man freie in anderen Betrieben zu arbeiten

Gesuchtes Profil

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch EFZ * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie und im Cateringbereich * Führungserfahrung in gleicher Position bzw. als Sous chef und Administrative Erfahrung * Führerschein ist essenziell * Kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und können sowohl mit Mitarbeitern als auch mit Gästen sicher und professionell umgehen. * Eine selbstständige, saubere und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise bringen Sie selbstverständlich mit.
