Die Herausforderung

Für eine Campaigning\-Agentur mit einem Kundenstamm in den Bereichen Umwelt, Kultur und Bildung sucht die Geschäftsstelle in der Region Nordwestschweiz per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung ein/e kompetente/r und engagierte/r

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Umsetzung der Kommunikationsstrategie der Kampagnen, nach Vorgaben der Kunden
  • Medienarbeit: Verfassen und Versenden von Medienmitteilungen, Koordination der Kommunikation von Sektionen, Partnerorganisationen und Stakeholdern
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Websites, Newsletter und Social\-Media\-Kanäle (Content, Redaktionsplan, Community\-Management), in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team der Geschäftsstelle
  • Konzeption und Produktion von Kampagnenmaterial: Argumentarien, Flyer, Inserate, Plakate, Videos – inkl. Steuerung externer Agenturen und Dienstleister
  • Organisation von Medienkonferenzen, Anlässen und Aktionen
  • Monitoring der öffentlichen Debatte und Erfolgskontrolle der Massnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Journalismus, Politik\- oder Umweltwissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, im Campaigning oder im Journalismus
  • Sicheres Gespür für Themen, Timing und Zuspitzung sowie prägnante Schreiben
  • Versiert in Social Media, Web\-Content\-Management und klassischen Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen politischen Systems und der direkten Demokratie
  • Persönlicher Bezug zu Umwelt; Freude an einer kontrovers geführten Debatte
  • Hervorragendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sehr gutes Französisch; Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Selbstständig, belastbar, teamfähig und mobil – idealerweise mit eigenem Fahrzeug
  • Bereitschaft zu einem mehrjährigen Engagement
