Verstärken Sie unser Team in der Abteilung Politik im Zentralsekretariat in Bern ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als

Ökonom:in mit Schwerpunkt Unternehmensanalysen 70\-80%

Das bewegen Sie Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Unternehmensanalysen aus Sicht der Arbeitnehmenden, insbesondere als Grundlage für Lohn\- und Gesamtarbeitsvertragsverhandlungen sowie für Konsultationsverfahren bei Massenentlassungen. Sie beraten und begleiten Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Konsultationsverfahren bei Massenentlassungen vor Ort. Zudem erstellen Sie branchenspezifische und wirtschaftspolitische Analysen. Sie präsentieren die Erkenntnisse aus Ihren Analysen und führen Schulungen zu betriebswirtschaftlichen und wirtschaftspolitischen Themen durch.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Volkswirtschaftslehre) oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Geschäftsberichten und weiteren Unternehmensinformationen sowie in der Beurteilung der wirtschaftlichen und Strategien von Unternehmen
  • Ausgewiesene Fähigkeiten im Erarbeiten von Grundlagen sowie in der Vermittlung von Inhal\-ten an unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch oder ösisch in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache
  • Analytische und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative, sowie eine teamfähige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gewerkschaftspolitische Sensibilität, Identifikation mit den Werten der Unia
