Im Rahmen unserer Wachstumsstrategie haben wir folgende Stelle zu besetzen:

Konstrukteur/in mit Fachverantwortung 80\-100% (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Bauteilen, Baugruppen und technischen Lösungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von 3D\-Modellen, technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für den Konstruktionsbereich sowie Sicherstellung der Qualität und Einhaltung technischer Vorgaben
  • Koordination und Unterstützung bei technischen Projekten und konstruktiven Aufgabenstellungen
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien
  • Optimierung bestehender Konstruktionen und Prozesse
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen
  • Betreuung, Begleitung und Ausbildung unserer Lernenden im Bereich Konstruktion

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konstrukteur/in EFZ
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion (idealerweise im Bereich Hochdruck und Hydraulik)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD (vorzugsweise Inventor)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Übernahme von Fachverantwortung und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Interesse an der Ausbildung und Förderung von Lernenden und Mitarbeitern
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
