Einleitung

Für ein etabliertes Versicherungsunternehmen in der Region Nordwestschweiz wird eine Persönlichkeit als Kundenberater/in im Aussendienst Versicherungen (m/w/d) mit einem Arbeitspensum von 60-100% in Basel gesucht. In dieser Funktion liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Beratung und Betreuung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden im Bereich Krankenkasse. Die Aufgabe umfasst den systematischen Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie die strukturierte Gewinnung von Neukunden in der definierten Region. Der Einsatz erfolgt direkt bei Kundschaft vor Ort, mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und klaren Zielvorgaben. Die berufliche Grundbildung dient als Basis für den professionellen Umgang mit Kundschaft und administrativen Abläufen im Versicherungsumfeld.

Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden im Bereich Krankenkasse direkt vor Ort in der Region Nordwestschweiz.
  • Systematischer Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmässige Kontaktpflege, strukturierte Bedarfsanalysen und zielgerichtete Angebotserstellung.
  • Gezielte Neukundengewinnung im Aussendienst durch vereinbarte Termine, persönliche Gespräche und klar definierte Verkaufs- und Akquisitionsaktivitäten.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der täglichen Aussendiensttätigkeiten einschliesslich Routenplanung und Nutzung des eigenen Fahrzeugs.

Profil

  • Berufliche Grundbildung auf Stufe berufliche Ausbildung vorhanden.
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufsorientierung und Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt.
  • Kommunikative und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit gepflegtem Auftreten.
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und eigenes Fahrzeug für Aussendienst.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie zielorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
