Dein im Überblick

Was du bei uns bewirkst

  • Basisberatungen zu Themen wie Kontoeröffnung, Kontoführung, standardisierte Anlagegeschäfte, Vorsorgeprodukte und Karten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Kundengesprächen (inkl. Liquiditätsplanung, Anlagen, Vorsorge und Finanzierungen)
  • Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenportefeuilles mit bestehenden Kunden
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Spontankundschaft sowie Triage an die Fachberater/innen
  • Kontaktaufnahme mit bestehenden und neuen Kunden aus eigener Initiative
  • Verantwortung für die Kundenhalle sowie Mitarbeit in der Kundenhalle (Empfang, Bewirtschaftung Selbstbedienungsgeräte sowie bei Promotionen)
  • Ausbildung der Lernenden oder BEM\-Praktikanten/Praktikantinnen in der Kundenhalle

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine Banklehre absolviert, verfügst über aktuelle praktische Erfahrung in der Beratung von Privatkunden und sehr gute Kenntnisse der Basisdienstleistungen.
  • Du arbeitest sehr zuverlässig und selbständig.
  • Du bist freundlich, offen, positiv und dienstleistungsorientiert.
  • Du gehst gerne aktiv auf Menschen zu und fühlst dich im direkten Kundenkontakt wohl.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und freust dich auf dein eigenes Kundenportefeuille.
  • Idealerweise bist du im Marktgebiet rund um Reiden bereits verankert.
