Deine Mission

Du begleitest unsere Mitglieder kompetent durch die Welt der TCS-Produkte und erkennst ihre Bedürfnisse frühzeitig. Mit deinem Fachwissen, deiner Serviceorientierung und deinem Verkaufsgeschick schaffst du nachhaltige Mehrwerte für unsere Mitglieder und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Kompetenzzentrums bei.

Deine Verantwortung

Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung unserer Mitglieder – von der Offerte bis zum Vertragsabschluss Ganzheitliche Beratung zu unserer gesamten TCS-Produktpalette mit Schwerpunkt Versicherungen Bearbeitung qualifizierter Leads aus internen Abteilungen Aktiver Verkauf unserer TCS Fahrzeug-Versicherungen Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Mitgliederbeziehungen Sicherstellung einer hohen Service- und Beratungsqualität

Das bringst du mit

VBV-Zertifizierung als Versicherungsvermittler/in oder eine VBV-Teilzertifizierung im Bereich Nicht-Leben Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1) Freude am Verkauf sowie eine ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Dienstleistungsorientierung Erfahrung in der telefonischen oder schriftlichen Kundenbetreuung Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Positive Ausstrahlung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
