Votre mission ###

Vous accompagnez nos membres de manière compétente dans l-univers des produits TCS et détectez leurs besoins à un stade précoce. Avec votre expertise, votre orientation service et votre talent commercial, vous créez des valeurs durables pour nos membres et contribuez activement au succès de notre centre de compétence.

Vos responsabilités ###

  • Conseil téléphonique et écrit à nos membres - de l-offre à la conclusion du contrat
  • Conseil global sur l-ensemble de la gamme de produits TCS avec un accent sur les assurances
  • Traitement des leads qualifiés provenant des départements internes
  • Vente active de nos assurances véhicules TCS
  • Établissement et entretien de relations durables avec les membres
  • Assurer une haute qualité de service et de conseil

Ce que vous apportez ###

  • Certification VBV en tant qu-intermédiaire en assurances ou une certification partielle VBV dans le domaine Non-Vie
  • Très bonnes connaissances orales et écrites en allemand et en français (au minimum niveau C1)
  • Joie de la vente ainsi qu-une forte orientation conseil et service
  • Expérience dans le support client téléphonique ou écrit
  • Méthode de travail structurée, orientée solutions et autonome
  • Attitude positive, aisance en communication et esprit d-équipe
