Du überzeugst am Telefon, gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu und erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse? Für unseren Kunden im Bankenumfeld suchen wir fünf kommunikative und motivierte Mitarbeitende für die telefonische Kundenansprache und Terminvereinbarung.

Deine Aufgaben

-Aktive telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit bestehenden Kundinnen und Kunden -Vereinbarung von Beratungsterminen für die Kundenberatenden der angeschlossenen Banken -Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen sowie Beratungs- und -Vertriebsmöglichkeiten -Professionelle und zielorientierte Gesprächsführung

Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Kundenkontakte und Weiterleitung relevanter Informationen -Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Unterstützung bei weiteren Bankthemen

Dein Profil -Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Verkauf, Vertrieb, in der Outbound-Telefonie oder -Terminvereinbarung -Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft -Freude an der aktiven telefonischen Kundenansprache -Sehr gute Deutsch- beziehungsweise Schweizerdeutschkenntnisse und/oder sehr -gute Französischkenntnisse; zweisprachige Profile werden bevorzugt -Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten am Telefon -Kundenorientierte, initiative und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise -Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Bank-, Finanz- oder Contact-Center-Umfeld von Vorteil -Erfahrung im Cross- und Upselling von Vorteil -Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln

Das bieten wir -Einen temporären Einsatz im Bankenumfeld mit Option auf Verlängerung -Einen modernen Arbeitsort am Zürich Flughafen im The Circle -Eine Aufgabe, bei der du deine Kommunikations- und Verkaufsfähigkeiten gezielt einsetzen kannst

Einsatzbedingungen -Pensum: 100 % -Start: Montag, 19.10.2026 -Einsatz bis 04.12.2026, Verlängerung möglich -Schichtbetrieb von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 08:00 und 18:00 Uhr, zuzüglich kurzer täglicher Vorbereitungszeit -Tätigkeit vollständig vor Ort, kein Homeoffice

Vor Stellenantritt sind eine Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung sowie aktuelle Strafregister- und Betreibungsregisterauszüge erforderlich.
