Deine Aufgaben

  • Empfangen unserer Kundschaft in der Kundenhalle 
  • Ermitteln der Bedürfnisse unter Einbezug der individuellen Wünsche und Ziele sowie Erkennen von Potenzial 
  • Begleiten unserer Kundschaft in die digitale Welt 
  • Durchführen von ganzheitlichen Beratungsgesprächen bei Privatkundinnen und Privatkunden in den Bereichen Zahlen, Sparen, Anlegen und Vorsorge 
  • Gewinnen von Neukundschaft sowie Erkennen und Vermitteln weitergehender Kundenbedürfnisse 
  • Abwickeln von Bargeldverkehr, Geldwechsel und Edelmetallgeschäften sowie Bewirtschaften von Safe-Anlagen 
  • Option zur Übernahme der Tätigkeit als Praxisausbildnerin oder Praxisausbildner

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Banklehre (EFZ) oder gleichwertige Bankfach-Ausbildung, wie sie durch CYP oder andere anerkannte Institute angeboten wird 
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und im Verkauf von Finanz- und Basisprodukten in einer Bank 
  • Freude an der aktiven Kundenberatung und Affinität für digitale Kanäle 
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt durch eine kommunikative und vertrauenswürdige Art 
  • Hohe Akquise-, Verkaufs- und Dienstleistungsorientierung 
  • Flexibilität an anderen Standorten zu unterstützen
