Als Verstärkung für unser Team im zukünftigen Kundenservicecenter suchen wir an unserem Standort Boswil/AG per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\*n Kundenberater\*in Service Center Verkauf 100 % Deine Aufgaben Mit deiner freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Art bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden am Telefon. Du nimmst Bestellungen sowie Anfragen zu Dämmungs‑ und Abdichtungsmaterialien und weiterem Zubehör entgegen und bearbeitest diese selbständig. Du übernimmst sämtliche verkaufsnahen sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Bei Reklamationen und Rechnungsfragen findest du lösungsorientierte Antworten und pflegst Stammdaten zuverlässig. Du arbeitest eng mit deinem zukünftigen Team, dem Aussendienst sowie dem Technischen Support zusammen. Dein Profil Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder bringst Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit. Deutsch (Schweizerdeutsch) ist deine Muttersprache. Du bist kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und arbeitest gerne im Team. Der Umgang mit modernen IT‑Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich; gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise im ERP‑System Comarch sind von Vorteil. Eine bautechnische Grundausbildung oder Erfahrung in der Bauzulieferbranche sind ein zusätzliches Plus.
