Kundenberater Verkauf Innendienst Service Center (m/w) 80 \- 100% =================================================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für ein bestehendes Kundenportfolio, pflegen nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen und entwickeln diese gezielt weiter
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere Kunden rund um das Sortiment und Metalle
  • Durch Ihr Gespür und dank Ihrer Fachkenntnis für Kundenbedürfnisse identifizieren Sie Verkaufschancen mit Mehrwert für unsere Kunden
  • Sie bieten unseren Kunden massgeschneiderte Lösungen – von einzelnen Stahlprodukten bis hin zu komplexen Anarbeitungen sowie Halb\- und Fertigfabrikaten
  • Von der ersten Kundenanfrage über die Angebotserstellung bis zur Auslieferung steuern Sie Aufträge eigenverantwortlich und zielorientiert
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Fachabteilungen zusammen und sorgen für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung

Ihre Qualitäten

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise im \- und Metallhandel bzw. in der stahlverarbeitenden Industrie. Alternativ bringen Sie eine technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Metallbauer, Anlagen\- und Apparatebauer oder vergleichbar) mit und haben bereits Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung oder im technischen Verkauf gesammelt
  • Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung erkennen Sie Bedürfnisse schnell, entwickeln passende Lösungen und schaffen damit nachhaltige sowie vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihre rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie Ihre strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und sind eigeninitiativ, verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig
  • Kommunikationsgeschick und ein professionelles Auftreten zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie verfügen über gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse; SAP\-Erfahrung ist ein Plus
  • Flexibilität und Teamgeist in einem motivierten Team sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Deutsch beherrschen Sie stilsicher in Wort und Schrift
