deine aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender sowie neuer Kunden in der Westschweiz und Frankreich
  • Selbständige Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen von der Offerte bis zur Fakturierung
  • Beratung deiner Kunden und Klärung technischer sowie kaufmännischer Fragestellungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufsaussendienst, der Planung, Produktion und weiteren Schnittstellen
  • Koordination sowie Erfassung interner und externer Aufträge
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

Qualifikationen

deine kompetenzen

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise in der grafischen oder Verpackungsbranche
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie Microsoft 365
  • Kundenorientierte, lösungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, prozess- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
