Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Be­treuung eines definierten Kunden­kreises sowie die Führung und Entwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter
  • Sie arbeiten nach den mit Ihrem Service Center Leiter vereinbarten Vorgaben, mit dem Ziel die Markt­position zu behaupten, weiter­zu­entwickeln und auszubauen
  • Sie steuern unsere Dienst­leis­tungen personell, kaufmännisch und technisch (Durchführung von Quali­täts­kontrollen mittels der CogruApp), Einsatzplanung, Objekt­or­ga­nisation sowie Unterstützung bei Neuimplementierungen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen idealerweise eine ab­ge­schlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Gebäude­reiniger\-Handwerk oder Hotellerie
  • Sie haben bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln können und beherrschen den Umgang mit MS\-Office\-Produkten sowie den sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Sie sind in hohem Maße service­orientiert, haben ein verbindliches Auftreten und sind ein Organisations­talent
