Das erwartet dich:

  • Ganzheitliche Beratung und Betreuung von Neu\- und Bestandskunden im Privatkundensegment
  • Aktiver Vertrieb von Versicherungslösungen (Grund\- und Zusatzversicherungen) inklusive gezielter Neukundenakquise
  • Nachhaltiger Ausbau des Kundenportfolios durch Cross\- und Upselling sowie Kundenbindung
  • Bedarfsgerechte Ausarbeitung und Präsentation individueller Offerten
  • Planung und Umsetzung vertrieblicher Massnahmen zur Marktbearbeitung und Kundengewinnung
  • Pflege, Ausbau und langfristige Bindung des Kundenportfolios sowie proaktive Kündigungsprävention
  • Kompetente und serviceorientierte Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu Policen, Leistungen und Abrechnungen
  • Fliessende und adressatengerechte Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache über alle Kontaktkanäle (Telefon, E\-Mail, persönlicher Kontakt, Schalterdienst)
  • Repräsentation bei Veranstaltungen, Aktionen und Marketingaktivitäten
  • Selbstständige Erledigung allgemeiner kaufmännischer, administrativer Tätigkeiten sowie Sicherstellung des Agenturbetriebs

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation oder höhere Berufsbildung
  • Zertifizierung als Versicherungsvermittler\*in (VBV) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu erwerben
  • Erfahrung im Versicherungswesen oder im Vertrieb von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie eine hohe Service\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten sowie gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
