Herzlich willkommen im Beratungscenter, dem zentralen Eingangsfenster der Luzerner Kantonalbank! Unsere Mitarbeitenden sind die ersten Ansprechpartner:innen für unsere Kundschaft und zudem das Kompetenz\-Center für teambetreute Kundinnen und Kunden in den Themen Basisprodukte, Sparen, Anlegen und Vorsorge. Zur Ergänzung unseres dynamischen Teams am Standort D4 Root suchen wir eine kompetente, motivierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit \- bist du bereit für diese Herausforderung?

Dein im Überblick

Was du bei uns bewirkst

  • Bewirtschaftung der digitalen Eingangskanäle der Luzerner Kantonalbank
  • Beantwortung von telefonischen Kundenanfragen (bis zu 80 Anrufe pro Tag) sowie selbständige Durchführung von Beratungen in den LUKB Standardprodukten und \-dienstleistungen
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Sicherstellen des 1st\-Level Supports für unser E\-Banking, die LUKB Apps sowie in den gängigen Finance Apps (TWINT, Debix\+)
  • Vermittlung von Terminen mit Kundenberater:innen in all unseren Standorten
  • Bewirtschaftung und Support unseres Kartensortimentes

Das bringst du mit

  • Banklehre oder Erfahrungen aus einem Kundenkontaktcenter, im Idealfall in einer artverwandten Branche (Versicherung, Krankenkasse, Finanzdienstleister etc.)
  • Du sprichst und verstehst perfekt Schweizerdeutsch und hast Spass in der täglichen Kundeninteraktion
  • Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch \- jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit Arbeits\- und Kommunikations\-Tools, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit rascher Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamfähig, belastbar und kundenorientiert
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
