Ihre Verantwortung

Als Kursleiter sind Sie für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ausbildungen mit einer Dauer von einem bis vier Tagen verantwortlich. Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Gruppen von 6\-12 Teilnehmenden. In der Regel wechseln sich Theorie\- und Praxislektionen ab, in welchen Sie das Ausbildungskonzept eigenverantwortlich umsetzen und die Teilnehmenden in ihren Lernfortschritten unterstützen. Durch Ihre Erfahrung und treffende Praxisbezüge bereiten Sie die Teilnehmenden bestmöglich auf die abschliessende Prüfung und die Umsetzung des Gelernten in der Praxis vor.

Ihr Profil

\- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre

\- Erfahrung als Bediener/Anwender in einem unserer Ausbildungsbereiche wie Stapler, Hubarbeitsbühnen, PSAgA, Krane oder Baumaschinen

\- Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung wie beispielsweise Betreuung der Lernenden

\- Interesse an der Thematik Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz

\- Idealerweise entsprechende Weiterbildungen wie SVEB I oder EKAS SpezialistIn ASGS

Sie haben ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Sie haben Freude daran Ihr Wissen weiterzugeben und den Bogen zwischen Theorie und Praxis zu spannen. Mit Ihren sehr guten Umgangsformen, Ihrer positiven Grundhaltung sowie Ihrer Motivation für das Thema Lernen sind Sie ein kreatives Mitglied unseres Ausbildungs\-Teams.

Die deutsche Sprache beherrschen Sie perfekt und sprechen idealerweise eine weitere Fremdsprache. Zudem sind Sie bereit, sich Anwenderkenntnisse für MS\-Office anzueignen und die entsprechenden Programme anzuwenden.
