Laborant für Umgebungsmonitoring in der QC Mikrobiologie ============================================================

Hintergrund: Sind Sie bereit für eine spannende Karriere im mikrobiologischen Umgebungsmonitoring? Die Unit „QC mEMT Kaiseraugst" ist ein Teil der Qualitätskontrolle Mikrobiologie Basel/Kaiseraugst. Als Laborant (m/w/d) der Gruppe „QC mEMT Kaiseraugst" in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätskontrolle gewährleistest du ein zuverlässiges und effizientes mikrobiologisches Umgebungsmonitoring für die produzierenden Betriebe am Standort Kaiseraugst für die Sicherheit unserer Produkte und somit für das Wohl der Patienten.

Aufgaben \& Verantwortlichkeiten:

Als Laborant in der mikrobiologischen Qualitätskontrolle sind Sie zuständig für die Durchführung und Auswertung von Bioburden Prüfungen und Keimzahlbestimmungen (z.B. von Packmitteln, Wirkstoffen, Hilfsstoffen und Produkten). Weitere Gebiete können folgen, je nach Qualifikation und Bedarf. Sie gewährleisten zudem eine zuverlässige und effiziente Versuchsdurchführung und Kontrolle für die Sicherheit unserer Produkte und somit für das Wohl der Patienten.

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Musterzugs von mikrobiologischen Proben (z.B. Luftkeimsammlungen, Oberflächenabklatsche) in Reinräumen.
  • Durchführung von mikrobiologischen und chemisch-physikalischen Probenahmen von Reinstmedien (z.B. WFI, Gase).
  • Durchführen von Bioburden-Prüfungen
  • Durchführung von Filtrationen von verschiedenen Wasserqualitäten (z.B. WFI, PW).
  • GMP konforme Protokollierung der Arbeiten und Resultate
  • Bebrütung, Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse im LIMS.
  • Durchführung der Musterlogistik.
  • Arbeitseinsatz am Wochenende und Feiertagen (ca. 1 x Monat)
  • Die Tätigkeiten werden nach allgemeinen Anweisungen selbständig durchgeführt, unter Einhaltung aller GMP-/ SOP- und gesetzlichen Vorschriften

Must Haves:

  • Sie weisen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Biologie-, Chemielaborant/in, Chemie-/Pharmatechnologe/in oder gleichwertige Ausbildung) auf
  • Erfahrungen in der Laborarbeit der Mikrobiologie sowie Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet des mikrobiologischen Umgebungsmonitorings sind von grossem Vorteil
  • Zudem verfügen Sie über fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie über Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Sie arbeiten sorgfältig und genau und schätzen Teamarbeit
  • Erfahrungen mit GMP (-Dokumentation) und deren System sind gewünscht
  • Eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und praktisches Geschick zeichnen Sie aus
  • Teamfähig, flexibel, belastbar und konfliktfähig
