Lacklaborant Forschung \& Entwicklung (m/w/d), 80\-100% =======================================================

Das bewirkst du bei uns: ------------------------

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung innovativer Pulverlacklösungen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung technischer Versuche und Analysen
  • Eignungsprüfungen von Rohstoffen und Hilfsstoffen
  • Dialog mit Rohstofflieferanten
  • Dokumentation und Präsentation von Entwicklungs\- und Versuchsergebnissen
  • Troubleshooting bei Qualitäts \- und Prozessabweichungen
  • Pflege sowie Unterstützung in der Weiterentwicklung des ERP\-Systems sowie bei Digitalisierungsthemen

Das bringst du mit: -------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lacklaborant oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrährige Berufserfahrung in der Pulverlackbranche / Industrielackentwicklung
  • IT\-Affinität und Interesse an Digitalisierungsthemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Prozessverständnis und vernetztes Denken
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
