Für unsere Bio\-Landwirtschaft suchen per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine oder einen

Landwirtin / Landwirt oder Betriebshelferin / Betriebshelfer auf Abruf im Stundenlohn ( ca. 20% )

Die Bio\-Landwirtschaft der Stiftung Bühl setzt sich dafür ein, dass Jugendliche mit einer geistigen Behinderung oder Lernbehinderung einen guten Lehrabschluss schaffen, um möglichst ein selbstbestimmtes Leben führen, sich beruflich und sozial integrieren und an der Gesellschaft teilhaben zu können. Wir suchen einen Menschen der selbständig, kommunikativ und zuverlässig ist.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit in allen Betriebszweigen: Mutterkühe, Schafe, Pferde, Hühner, Futterbau, Obstbau, Lebensmittelverarbeitung und Direktvermarktung
  • Anleitung und Begleitung sowie Ausbildung von Jugendlichen mit Lernbeeinträchtigung
  • Selbständiger regelmässiger Wochenenddienst (nach Vereinbarung)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Ausbildung als Landwirtin/Landwirt EFZ oder einer äquivalenter Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von Lernenden, bestenfalls Abschluss als Berufsbilderin/Berufsbildner oder die Bereitschaft diese Ausbildung zu absolvieren.
  • Freude am Beruf und Interesse im Umgang mit Jugendlichen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Wertschätzend, Teamorientiert, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Freude am Improvisieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Deutsch in Word und Schrift)
  • Im Besitz eines Führerausweises Kat. B mit änger
