Lead E\-Commerce (m/w/d), 80\-100%Eintritt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ============================================================================

Für unseren Bereich E\-Commerce suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Webshop, Content, Performancemarketing, E\-Mailmarketing und unsere Marktplätze mit unternehmerischem Weitblick und Hands\-on\-Mentalität voranbringt. Als Lead E\-Commerce (m/w/d) übernimmst du die kommerzielle Verantwortung für unsere digitalen Kanäle, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung entlang unserer Roadmap

HIER MACHST DU DEN UNTERSCHIED

* Du verantwortest den laufenden Betrieb, die Stabilität und die kontinuierliche Optimierung unseres Webshops \- von Usability über Conversion bis zum Checkout.

* Du steuerst Pflege und Qualität unserer Shop\- und Kampagneninhalte, inklusive Bild\- und Produkttexten, in Abstimmung mit Merchandising und Marketing \- und stellst sicher, dass SEO\- und zunehmend auch GEO\-relevante Inhalte über gezielte Landingpages sauber abgebildet werden.

* Du planst, steuerst und optimierst unsere bezahlten digitalen Kanäle (u. a. Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate) mit klarem Blick auf ROAS und Deckungsbeitrag.

* Du entwickelst unsere automatisierten Customer Journeys, Newsletter\- und Lifecycle\-Kampagnen weiter \- mit sinnvoller Personalisierung und in enger Abstimmung mit dem CRM\-Bereich, der Segmentierung sowie Retention und Loyalty verantwortet.

* Du verantwortest Auftritt, Sortiment und Performance auf unseren Marktplätzen, inklusive Steuerung externer Partner und Schnittstellen.

* Du sorgst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Webshop und vor\- sowie nachgelagerten Systemen (u. a. ERP, PIM, OMS, CRM) für einen sauberen, durchgängigen Datenfluss, in enger Abstimmung mit IT/Entwicklung und externen Dienstleistern.

* Du übernimmst die Roadmap\-Verantwortung für Webshop, Marketing\-Automation und Marktplätze, priorisierst Entwicklungsprojekte und identifizierst laufend Prozesse, die sich mit AI effizienter gestalten lassen.

* Du begleitest und förderst Lernende als Praxisbildnerin und unterstützt sie in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung.

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS

* Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im E\-Commerce, davon nachweisliche Praxis im Webshopmanagement und in der digitalen Vermarktung

* Erste Führungsverantwortung, z. B. als Teamlead oder in der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams

* Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Entwicklungsprojekten (z. B. Plattform\-Weiterentwicklung, Systemintegrationen) sowie im technischen Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Webshop und vor\- sowie nachgelagerten Systemen (u. a. ERP, PIM, OMS, CRM)

* Erfahrung mit Salesforce Clouds (z. B. Commerce Cloud) von Vorteil

* Sehr gutes architektonisches Grundverständnis der relevanten Systemlandschaft

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenschutz (GDPR/DSGVO) sowie Bereitschaft, dich aktiv mit den relevanten rechtlichen Anforderungen auseinanderzusetzen

* Eine pragmatische, umsetzungsstarke Haltung \- du packst selbst mit an, statt nur zu verwalten

* Eine aufgeschlossene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

* Unternehmerisches Denken kombiniert mit hoher operativer Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch wenn du mehrere Themenfelder parallel steuerst
