Das kannst du bewegen. Als Portfolio Manager:in steuerst du das strategische Digitalisierungsportfolio rund um S/4 und richtest Investitionen konsequent auf den erwarteten Geschäftsnutzen aus. Du moderierst Governance und Priorisierung, bereitest Entscheide vor und förderst dezentrale Entscheidungen innerhalb klarer Leitplanken. Das Portfolio Backlog strukturierst du so, dass Wertfluss entsteht und Prioritäten für alle Stakeholder nachvollziehbar sind. Transparenz schaffst du über geeignete KPIs und Reportings. Trends und Abweichungen machst du sichtbar und leitest wirksame Massnahmen ab. Gemeinsam mit Epic Ownern begleitest du die kontinuierliche Priorisierung und das Refinement. Du sicherst den Flow der Arbeit über Teams und Bereiche hinweg. Kontinuierliche Verbesserung treibst du voran, indem du Lean und Agile Praktiken verankerst und die Balance zwischen notwendiger Struktur und Beweglichkeit hältst. Das bringst du mit. Als Brückenbauer:in zwischen Business und Technologie übersetzt du strategische Ziele in klare Prioritäten. Du kommunizierst adressatengerecht und überzeugst im Austausch mit Fach- und Technologieverantwortlichen. Mit analytischem Denken priorisierst du datenbasiert und richtest Entscheidungen am Geschäftsnutzen aus. Erfahrung im Management von Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsportfolios bringst du mit und wendest Budgetierung und Forecasting sicher an. In Lean Portfolio Management, Governance, Priorisierung und Wertmanagement verfügst du über nachweisliche Praxis. Eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung oder ein Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik hast du abgeschlossen. Zudem verfügst du über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mindestens C1, gute Englischkenntnisse mindestens B2 und gute Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence.
