Job Description ##

Vos responsabilités sont les suivantes:

  • Conseiller les équipes internes sur les problématiques de droit commercial, contractuel, concurrence et distribution, en Suisse comme à l'international.
  • Rédiger, négocier et suivre un large éventail de contrats commerciaux (distribution, services, marketing, sponsoring, partenariats, baux, etc.).
  • Accompagner les projets stratégiques et transverses du Groupe, ainsi que la mise en œuvre des nouvelles exigences réglementaires.
  • Participer à la gestion des situations sensibles, précontentieux et contentieux, en coordination avec les conseils externes.
  • Contribuer au développement du cadre de conformité interne : politiques, procédures, formations et veille juridique.

Votre profil est le suivant:

  • Brevet d'avocat suisse.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; bonne maîtrise de l'allemand souhaitée.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et sens du conseil.
  • Esprit pragmatique et orienté solutions.
  • Grande rigueur et souci du détail.
  • Forte capacité d'organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément.
  • Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et aisance dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
