Unser Angebot umfasst Brückenangebote, schulische Grundbildung, eine Lehrwerkstätte sowie Bildungsgänge in der Höheren Berufsbildung. Rund 250 Lehrpersonen und Mitarbeitende engagieren sich gemeinsam für eine starke Berufsbildung in der Region. Die Abteilung Brückenangebote unterstützt die Berufsvorbereitung Jugendlicher mit passenden Angeboten und begleitet ihre berufliche Integration. Lehrperson an einer BPI2 Klasse (60 %) ###

Aufgaben ###

Sie unterrichten am Standort Oeschberg (Koppigen) max. 18 Migrantinnen / Migranten einer Integrationsklassen (BPI2) in den Fächern Berufswahl, Mathematik, Sprache und Kommunikation und ITK. Die Klasse startet im Februar (Zyklus 2). Als Bezugslehrperson sind Sie für einige Jugendliche der Klasse verantwortlich und sind in dieser Funktion Ansprechperson für die regionalen Partner. Sie übernehmen pädagogische Verantwortung und arbeiten als Klassenteam zusammen. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie zu 50% das Amt der Klassenlehrperson. Neben Sachkompetenz gehört das Erlangen/Fördern von Sozialkompetenz und das Vermitteln unserer Kultur und gesellschaftlicher Regeln zu den Zielen eines BPI Schuljahres. Die Stelle ist aufgrund der unsicheren Lernendenzahlen auf ein Jahr befristet mit der Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.

Anforderungen ###

Sie sind flexibel, geduldig, belastbar und in der Lage, Jugendliche in schwierigen Situationen und aus fremden Kulturen wohlwollend, tolerant, aber auch konsequent zu führen und zu fördern. Sie sind teamfähig und haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen Sie besitzen ein Lehrpatent (Sek1 oder Sek2). Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung an einem Brückenangebot, und DaZ/DaF-Erfahrung mit.
