Das Schweizerische Kompetenzzentrum für den Justizvollzug (SKJV) ist die Plattform im Bereich Justizvollzug in der Schweiz. Mit Sitz in Fribourg bilden wir das Bindeglied zwischen der Deutschschweiz und der lateinischen Schweiz. Als integraler Bestandteil des SKJV sorgt die Fachstelle Bildung im Strafvollzug BiSt für die Durchführung der Grundbildung für erwachsene inhaftierte Personen in den Einrichtungen des Straf\- und Massnahmenvollzugs in der Schweiz.

Wir suchen für die Justizvollzugsanstalt Pöschwies (ZH), ab 1\.2\.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fördern von Kompetenzen in folgenden Bereichen: allgemeinbildende Themen (ABU), Deutsch und Deutsch als Zweitsprache (DaZ), Alphabetisierung, Grundlagen der Mathematik, ICT\-Grundlagen;
  • Begleiten der inhaftierten Personen aus unterschiedlichen Kulturkreisen auf ihrem individuellen Bildungsweg;
  • Einhalten der Qualitätsstandards;
  • Weiterentwickeln des Bildungsangebots, auch im digitalen Bereich;
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit den verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen sowie Teilnehmen an interkantonalen Treffen mit anderen Lehrpersonen des Justizvollzugs.

Ihr Profil

  • Master Sekundarstufe 1 oder gleichwertige Ausbildung;
  • Mindestens 2–4 Jahre Unterrichtserfahrung, idealerweise in der Erwachsenenbildung, mit entsprechenden methodischen Kompetenzen;
  • Affinität für digitale Unterrichtsmethoden;
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit;
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und die Fähigkeit, die Freude am Lernen zu wecken;
  • Gute ösischkenntnisse.
