Als Höhere Fachschule sind wir ein kundenzentriertes Bildungsunternehmen für das Gesundheitswesen auf tertiärer Bildungsstufe mit rund 1100 Studierenden. Ausgehend von kantonalen Leistungsverträgen tragen wir mit attraktiven Aus\- und Weiterbildungen zu genügend, gut qualifizierten und motivierten Fachkräften in interprofessionellen Berufsfeldern bei.

Aufgrund steigender Studierendenzahlen und Pensionierungen suchen wir im Bereich Ausbildung Pflege HF per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung engagierte

Lehrpersonen Pflege HF 80 – 100 %

Sie verfügen bereits über eine berufspädagogische Ausbildung oder möchten sich zur Lehrperson HF ausbilden? Nutzen Sie die Chance, Ihre Praxiserfahrung in die Ausbildung angehender Pflegefachpersonen einzubringen und die Pflegebildung aktiv mitzugestalten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie planen und gestalten praxisnahen, kompetenzorientierten Unterricht auf evidenzbasierten Grundlagen
  • Sie begleiten Studierende individuell in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung
  • Sie entwickeln Bildungsinhalte weiter, evaluieren und optimieren sie laufend
  • Sie erstellen und führen Kompetenznachweise durch und wirken im Qualifikationsverfahren mit
  • Sie arbeiten in Projekten sowie Fach\- und Arbeitsgruppen zur Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches mit
  • Sie gestalten die Ausbildung aktiv mit und übernehmen Verantwortung in einem dynamischen Bildungsumfeld

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Berufspädagogische Ausbildung zur dipl. Lehrperson HF (mind. 1'800 Lernstunden) oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Pflegepraxis
  • Proaktive, kommunikative und motivierende Persönlichkeit mit Offenheit für innovative Lernformen sowie digitale Unterrichtsformate
