Le BSB forme chaque année de nombreux apprentis et étudiants. À partir du 1er août 2027, nous te proposons un poste d-apprentissage passionnant en tant que professionnel-le de la santé CFC en soins de longue durée. Tu apprendras un métier qui allie savoir-faire et humanité. Tu apporteras une contribution précieuse au bien-être et à la qualité de vie des personnes âgées tout en assumant progressivement des responsabilités.

Ton engagement ##

Durant ta formation de trois ans en tant que professionnel-le de la santé CFC en soins de longue durée, tu travailleras dans l-un des cinq centres de soins du BSB. Tu soutiendras les personnes âgées dans leur quotidien et apprendras progressivement à assumer des tâches de soins, d-accompagnement et d-organisation. Cela inclut par exemple les changements de pansements, les prises de sang et la distribution des médicaments. Les tâches administratives font également partie de ta formation variée.

Ton profil ##

  • Fin de scolarité obligatoire achevée au niveau E ou supérieur
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Goût pour l-apprentissage théorique et pratique
  • Capacité de résistance ainsi qu-une attitude ouverte et respectueuse
  • Joie de travailler avec les personnes et en équipe
  • Respect envers les personnes âgées
  • Disponibilité pour des horaires irréguliers, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés
