Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Leiter Entwicklung & Konstruktion. In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für den Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsbereich und gestalten die technische Zukunft des Unternehmens aktiv mit. Es erwartet Sie eine langfristige Perspektive, moderne Arbeitsmittel und viel Handlungsspielraum.

Aufgaben ##

Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Anlagen, Apparaten und Sonderlösungen

Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und P&ID-Fliessbilder

Durchführung von Machbarkeitsprüfungen und technischen Berechnungen

Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie CE-Nachweise

Begleitung von Projekten bis zur erfolgreichen Ãbergabe

Fachliche Führung des Konstruktionsteams

Verantwortung für die CAD- und PDM-Systeme

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, AVOR, Lieferanten und Kunden

Unterstützung bei technischen und strategischen Entwicklungsprojekten

Qualifikation ##

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konstrukteur oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung

Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF Maschinenbau oder Studium als Maschinenbauingenieur

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Konstruktion und Entwicklung im Anlagen-, Apparate- oder Maschinenbau

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Blech- und Schweisskonstruktion

Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SolidWorks

Erfahrung mit PDM-Systemen von Vorteil

Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gute Englischkenntnisse

Selbständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise

Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
