Deine Aufgaben

  • Personelle und fachliche Führung des Fachbereichs Spenglerei \& Rohrbearbeitung mit ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden inkl. Führungsunterstützung
  • Durchführen von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Potentialeinschätzungen sowie personalrelevanten Gesprächen über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle
  • Koordinieren und Überwachen des Mitarbeitereinsatzes sowie Sicherstellen eines effektiven Informationsflusses im Team
  • Begleiten von Personalprozessen wie Eintritte, Personalmutationen, Arbeitszeugnisse und Absenzmanagement
  • Erarbeiten und Umsetzen von Produktions\- und Qualitätsverbesserungen im Sinne von Management und KVP
  • Leiten und Mitwirken in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Beraten des Abteilungsleiters in fachlichen und personellen Themen

Damit überzeugst Du uns

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Fachgebiet
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im entsprechenden Umfeld
  • Weiterbildung auf Stufe Höhere Fachschule oder vergleichbar (z.B. Techniker HF, Technischer mit eidg. FA)
  • Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Sozial\-, Kommunikations\- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2\)
  • Analytische, entscheidungsstarke und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Veränderungsbereitschaft und Vorbildfunktion
