* Die Abteilung Internationale Zusammenarbeit mit drei Sektionen in fachlicher, organisatorischer und personeller Hinsicht führen * Internationale Entwicklungen im Migrationsbereich sowie die Interessen der Schweiz analysieren * Strategische Vorschläge zuhanden der Geschäftsleitung des SEM und der Departementsleitung entwickeln und deren Umsetzung begleiten * Instrumente der internationalen Zusammenarbeit weiterentwickeln und umsetzen * Migrationsdialoge führen und Verhandlungen über internationale Abkommen leiten * Mandate zuhanden des Bundesrates erarbeiten

* Hochschulabschluss (Master) sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich der internationalen Beziehungen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Migrationsbereichs sowie der internationalen Entwicklungen und Politik * Erfahrung im diplomatischen Umgang sowie Sicherheit im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten * Strategisches Denken, Organisationstalent und hohe Sozialkompetenz * Sehr gute Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen sowie ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Das Staatssekretariat für Migration (SEM) ist zuständig für alle Fragen im Zusammenhang mit dem Ausländer- und Asylrecht in der Schweiz. Im Direktionsbereich Internationales ist die Abteilung Internationale Zusammenarbeit für die Gestaltung der bilateralen Beziehungen mit Herkunfts- und Transitstaaten sowie die Führung der multilateralen Zusammenarbeit zuständig. Ziel ist eine wirksame Migrationsgouvernanz und eine kohärente Migrationsaussenpolitik.
